Midi Stuff
15 way keyboard socket to MIDI.
This circuit was used to convert the TTL output on a small midi controller keyboard to MIDI.
The keyboard came with a 15 way PC gameport type connector which was fine for a PC, but
no good for MIDI.
PC gameport to MIDI
Used to convert a gameport to MIDI in/out.
MIDI keyboard scanner
A circuit very similar to the E510 keyboard scanner sold by Maplin in the early 90's. Based around a PIC micro and
3 to 8 decoders configured to give a walking zero from 1 to 48. This is connected to a keyboard and scanned.
This became the basis for the arppegiator shown at SDIY UK 2002.
